FSU football’s Tony White talks what he wants from defense after scrimmage
Florida State football junior defensive back Conrad Hussey is no longer part of the Seminoles’ program.
First reported by 247Sports and confirmed by the Tallahassee Democrat, Hussey leaves FSU just under three weeks away from the kickoff of the 2025 season against Alabama on Aug. 30.
The junior appeared in 24 games during his Seminoles career, including all 14 of his freshman season in 2023. He, like many, struggled in the 2024 season, and he has now left the program just weeks before the start of the 2025 campaign.
Hussey leaves FSU with 40 tackles, two interceptions, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery.
There was no reason given for his departure when speaking with an FSU spokesperson.
