Michigan State football has extended an offer to a big-time cornerback prospect from Kentucky.
Allen Evans of Louisville, Ky. announced on Sunday that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Evans took to social media to post about his offer from the Spartans.
Evans is listed as a four-star prospect, with a recruiting rating of 94.77 in 247Sports’ composite system. Evans ranks as the No. 13 cornerback and No. 109 overall prospect in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2027 class. He is also listed as the No. 2 player from the state of Kentucky.
Michigan State joins a long list of schools showing interest in Evans, with the big-time cornerback prospect holding offers from nearly 15 schools, according to 247Sports. He also has been offered by Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Louisville, Oklahoma, SMU, Vanderbilt, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, Southern Miss, Toledo, Western Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky.
