Texas Tech football gets pledge from Terrell DB Noah Lewis

The Texas Tech football team secured its seventh commitment for its 2026 recruiting class Saturday when Terrell cornerback Noah Lewis announced his pledge to the Red Raiders.

Lewis was listed by Terrell this past season as 5-foot-11 and 173 pounds. Playing for a team that went 6-5, he was credited with 38 tackles, 10 passes defended, 2 interceptions, 2 caused fumbles and 2 blocked kicks. On offense, he caught 7 passes for 235 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Texas Tech was the first school to offer him a scholarship, according to recruiting services.

The Red Raiders’ other commitments are from Georgetown East View linebacker Tieson Ejiawoko (6-3, 226), Mount Pleasant defensive tackle Ayden Johnson (6-1, 315), New Braunfels Canyon defensive back Luke Bell (6-0, 175), Amarillo Tascosa defensive tackle Krush Johnson (6-4, 275) and Bixby, Oklahoma linebacker Cord Nolan (6-0, 203).
