Baltimore was first to advance after dominating Houston in the divisional round, scoring 24 unanswered second-half points to win 34-10. It’s the Ravens’ first AFC title game appearance since their Super Bowl-winning 2012-13 season.

Kansas City advanced after narrowly outlasting the Buffalo Bills in its divisional-round tilt, 27-24, which was the first road playoff victory for Patrick Mahomes. Sunday marks the sixth straight AFC title game for the Chiefs.
