College football Week 4: Staff picks for Texas-ULM, Utah-OSU, other top games

The Texas football team, now ranked No. 1 by the Associated Press and No. 2 in the US LBM Coaches Poll, closes out its nonconference schedule on Saturday against Louisiana-Monroe, which also is undefeated but a big underdog at Royal-Memorial Stadium.

The Longhorns are favored to win by 44½ points. We’re not seeing any chances of the Warhawks shocking Texas, but what are our predictions for some of the SEC’s other matchups, including Tennessee and Oklahoma?
