Oklahoma State football looks to rebound from its Week 4 loss to No. 10 Utah when it travels to Kansas State for its first road game of the season.
The No. 20 Cowboys’ (3-1, 0-1 Big 12) matchup won’t be easy, as No. 25 Kansas State (3-1, 1-1 Big 12) is coming off a loss of its own after falling to unranked BYU 38-9 on the road last Saturday.

Oklahoma State has committed to seventh-year quarterback Alan Bowman retaining the starting job, although Bowman was benched against the Utes before returning late in the fourth quarter. Bowman finished the game 16 of 33 passing for 206 yards with two touchdowns to two interceptions, with most of his productive coming late in the fourth quarter as the Cowboys attempted to come back from a 22-3 deficit.
The Wildcats also struggled offensively for most of their game against the Cougars last week, as first-year starting quarterback Avery Johnson completed 15 of 28 passes for 130 yards with two interceptions, while the team lost an additional three fumbles.
