New Browns offensive coordinator Tommy Rees says ‘Cleveland is where I wanted to be’

BEREA — Tommy Rees won’t be the Browns’ play-caller this fall. However, the new offensive coordinator isn’t letting that minor detail hinder what he sees as an major career opportunity.

The Browns officially hired Rees last week. However, Thursday was the first time he was able to answer questions about the opportunity presented to him.
