LSU football and Brian Kelly made another addition to the Tigers’ coaching staff.
Antonio Parks will join the offensive staff as a wide receivers analyst, per a report from Wilson Alexander.
A Reserve, Louisiana native, Parks played safety under associate head coach and running backs coach Frank Wilson when he was the head coach at UTSA.
LSU was looking to add an analyst for wide receivers after Paul Turner left for Charlotte in January.
After leaving the Roadrunners, he took an offensive analyst position with Oregon in March 2023. He also spent time coaching the defensive backs with the Ducks, working with the position group he played.
Parks’ hiring is one of several staffing moves made by LSU this week. Earlier this week, LSU added another analyst to the offensive side of the ball, hiring former NFL quarterback and Oklahoma State quarterbacks coach Tim Rattay.
Rattay has a previous connection with Tigers’ offensive coordinator Joe Sloan after working with Sloan at Louisiana Tech.
LSU hired Antonio Parks as an analyst to help with the wide receivers, Brian Kelly said. Parks, a Louisiana native, played safety for Frank Wilson for a year at UTSA. He was an offensive analyst at Oregon.
