Alabama lands commitment from 2026 offensive line prospect

On Thursday afternoon, the Alabama Crimson Tide added another commitment to their 2026 recruiting class, as offensive line prospect Chris Booker officially announced that he had committed to the program.

Prior to committing, Booker originally picked up an offer from the Crimson Tide earlier this month, with Alabama joining other programs such as Kentucky, Mississippi State, and South Florida, among others.

According to the 247Sports Composite recruiting rankings, Booker is an unranked prospect at the moment, but is likely set to change in the very near future. An interior offensive lineman, Booker is also from the state of Georgia where he attends Hapeville Charter High School.

Following the commitment of Booker, Alabama’s 2026 class now has two commitments, as the offensive lineman joins four-star cornerback Zyan Gibson.
