Recruiting is really starting to heat up for Notre Dame football, as they were once again extremely active during this past weekend.
The Irish sent out multiple offers to new recruits, made top lists for some of the country’s best prospects along with more than a few players scheduling official visits to South Bend. While there wasn’t a commitment, they are coming soon, Notre Dame made some headway with many recruits.

Athlete Matt Sieg
I’m cheating a bit with this one, as Sieg was offered on Thursday, but it’s still an important offer as the Irish are trying to flip the Penn State commit. You have to believe that he has somewhat of a relationship with new running backs coach Ja’Juan Sieder, so that should help Notre Dame’s cause. Sieg is ranked as the No. 181 overall prospect in the 2026 cycle.
Safety Zech Fort
Another potential flip in Fort who is currently commited to the Georgia Bulldogs. The Irish offered him in March of last year, so they have been building a relationship with the nation’s No. 109 prospect. If Notre Dame can get Fort on campus for an official visit, the flip watch will be on.
Wide receiver Brody Keefe
