USC has big recruiting day, lands pair of high-profile commits

USC already has the No. 1-ranked recruiting class in the country for the 2026 cycle. That doesn’t mean the Trojans aren’t looking to continue to add.

On Monday, USC landed two more four-star commits. The second commit was offensive lineman Esun Tafa. Tafa comes to USC from Draper, Utah. 247Sports Composite ranks him as the No. 254 overall player and the No. 17 interior offensive lineman in the class of 2026.

USC recruiting continues to surge of late under new general manager Chad Bowden. For USC fans, that is certainly something a long time coming, as the Trojans missed out on numerous top targets in previous cycles due to NIL issues.
