Cardinal Newman linebacker Adam Balogoun-Ali has been busy on the recruiting trail recently, and he released some news on Thursday.
According to a post on X, Balogoun-Ali has been offered by the University of Oklahoma.
Balogoun-Ali played last season at The Benjamin School, and has been named a nominee for the 2024-25 Palm Beach County High School Sports Awards Defensive Football Player of the Year Award. He is a 4-star prospect who is the No. 1 ranked linebacker in the class according to ESPN.
Balogoun-Ali’s announcement came a little more than a week after he visited Missouri.
Balogoun-Ali can add Oklahoma to a plethora of other offers, including Illinois, Florida State, Auburn, Florida, North Carolina and Penn State. He reportedly has a busy offseason of visits scheduled.
At 6-foot-2, 215 pounds Balogoun-Ali is a tremendous athlete with excellent speed and playmaking ability.
The 2024-25 Palm Beach County High School Sports Awards show is May 28 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center. The show is produced with the support of Baptist Health Orthopedic Care. Tickets are on sale now.
