WEST LAFAYETTE − While Purdue football’s 2025 roster continues to take shape, the Boilermakers added another key piece for 2026.

ArMari Towns became the sixth commitment in Purdue’s 2026 class.

The 6-foot-6 tight end from Southside (Alabama) High School chose the Boilers over a long list of suitors that included Arizona, Florida State and Ole Miss.

Towns is a three-star prospect by 247Sports ranked 20th in his position group nationally.

Towns joins quarterback Corin Barry and running back Izaiah Wright as offensive playmakers for its next signing class. Purdue also has secured commitments from offensive linemen Brock Brownfield and Rico Schreiber along with linebacker Brayden Sweeney.
