Wisconsin football offers 2026 defensive lineman Arthur Scott

Wisconsin football extended an offer to class of 2026 defensive lineman Arthur Scott on Wednesday.

The Badgers join a growing offer sheet that also includes Cincinnati, Akron, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Central Michigan, Kent State, Miami (OH), Ohio, Toledo, West Virginia, Western Kentucky and Western Michigan. Cincinnati is Scott’s one heightened interest as of May 8, according to 247Sports. He is scheduled to visit the Bearcats on June 20.

247Sports lists the Streetsboro, Ohio, native as a three-star recruit, ranked as the No. 107 defensive lineman in the class and No. 57 player from his home state. The service has yet to log a prediction for his commitment decision. Additionally, On3 predicts a wide-open race.

Wisconsin is still in the early stages of its class of 2026 recruiting, with just six players currently committed. That group already has one defensive lineman: three-star Carmelow Reed. The program’s pursuit of Scott will become especially noteworthy if an official visit is scheduled. As of May 8, the Badgers are arguably his best offer.
