Michigan State football is the latest big-time program to extend an offer to an elite defensive lineman from Florida.
Santana Harvey of Lakeland, Fla. announced on Monday that he’s received an offer from the Spartans. Harvey made the offer from the Spartans known by posting on his social media X account.
Harvey is a four-star defensive lineman prospect in the 2027 class. He holds a rating of 90 on 247Sports.
Harvey ranks as the No. 21 defensive lineman in 247Sports’ rankings for the 2027 class. He is also listed as the No. 17 player from Florida and No. 194 overall prospect in the class.
Michigan State is one of nearly 20 schools to offer Harvey, according to 247Sports. He also holds offers from Florida State, Kansas State, Oklahoma, SMU, South Carolina, Wake Forest, East Carolina, Eastern Kentucky, Florida Atlantic, Liberty, Rhode Island, Southern Miss, Toledo and UConn.
