When ranking players for Campus 2 Canton and Devy Leagues that comprise the entire 136-team FBS player pool, how you value players and build your roster can vary depending on your goals. If you are trying to win the College side of C2C leagues, then your roster will likely include a smattering of high-impact G5 players that have very little NFL utility. However if you are strictly using your College roster as a feeder system for your NFL team, then your rankings aren’t going to prioritize players from CUSA schools that have little chance of being carried on your pro squad.
These rankings are strongly oriented towards how I rate the overall college talent pool from a Devy/NFL Fantasy perspective, and are sorted into tiers according to position.
