The Georgia Bulldogs have offered a scholarship to four-star North Cobb (Kennesaw, Georgia) quarterback recruit Teddy Jarrard. Jarrard is a member of the class of 2027.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound quarterback also plays baseball and won a state championship in baseball. Jarrard has recent scholarship offers from Ohio State, Mississippi State and Virginia.
The talented quarterback recently visited the University of Georgia for the Bulldogs’ annual scavenger hunt weekend. Jarrard received an offer from Georgia over the weekend to cap a memorable few days for the North Cobb standout.
The rising junior is ranked as the No. 271 recruit in the country and the No. 19 quarterback per the 247Sports Composite. He is the No. 34 prospect in Georgia.

As a sophomore, Jarrard earned offensive player of the year honors. He posted 2,783 passing yards, threw for 34 touchdowns and completed 72% of his passes in 2024. He helped North Cobb go 11-2 and advance to the second round of the 6A high school football playoffs in Georgia.
Jarrard is a good student with a 4.2 GPA. He is a pocket passer with decent mobility and is a rising star. He’s expected to have a big junior season with North Cobb.
The Bulldogs don’t have any commitments in the class of 2027. However, Georgia has landed a commitment from five-star quarterback Jared Curtis in the class of 2026, so Georgia has a pretty set future plan at quarterback.
