TCU has beaten out Houston, Arizona State, Arkansas, Baylor and more for three-star 2026 linebacker prospect Noriel “Pacman” Dominguez. The 6-foot-2, 225-pounder from Richmond, Texas announced his commitment on social media Tuesday evening and became the 19th overall recruit of the 2026 class for the Horned Frogs. Dominguez, who plays high school football at Randle, also held offers from Florida, LSU, SMU, Texas Tech, Texas A&M, Oregon, Notre Dame, Nebraska and Michigan, according to his 247Sports page.

Dominguez emerged onto the scene with a strong sophomore campaign at Fort Bend Marshall in 2023, recording 92 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, four sacks and four forced fumbles. Dominguez is currently the only linebacker prospect of the 2026 class for the Horned Frogs, who have one EDGE prospect (Carter Buck). With Dominguez’s pledge, TCU improves to the No. 32 overall class in the country, according to the 247Sports ratings. Dominguez played his freshman season at Ridge Point.
