Fishers’ JonAnthony Hall reflects on high school career as it comes to and end
Senior athlete JonAnthony Hall and family look back on Hall’s basketball, track and football careers as a child and up until his last year at Fishers High School.
A three-star prospect, Carsen Eloms made 44 tackles and two interceptions as a junior for Fishers.He joins Andrean OL Benjamin Novak and Penn WR Tayshon Bardo as other Indiana recruits to pledge to Wisconsin.
Wisconsin is staking its claim to an early football recruiting haul out of Indiana.
Carsen Eloms is the latest in-state prospect to jump on board with the Badgers. The 5-11, 180-pound Fishers cornerback committed to Wisconsin on Tuesday, making him the third player in the 2026 class from Indiana in Wisconsin’s current four-player class.
“The coaches and the environment were really the determining factor,” Eloms said. “They were the most consistent with the calls and texts, even before they offered me. They really made me feel like a priority and when I visited last weekend, they showed so much love to me and my family. It just felt like home.”
Eloms, rated as a three-star prospect by On3sports and the third-rated player in the state, said he also strongly considered Michigan State, Purdue and Vanderbilt. He joins Andrean offensive lineman Benjamin Novak and Penn wide receiver Tayshon Bardo as other in-state recruits to pledge to Wisconsin.
Eloms, who made 44 tackles and two interceptions as a junior for the Tigers, said Wisconsin plans to use him at cornerback and possibly the nickel position. He said cornerbacks coach Paul Haynes and director of recruiting Pat Lambert were his main contacts in the recruiting process, but said coach Luke Fickell, assistant defensive backs coach Scott Power and defensive coordinator Mike Tressel were also involved.
