Rutgers University Football schedule for 2025
Rutgers football on Saturday added two players to bolster their offensive and defensive lines.
The Scarlet Knights added Long Island University transfer offensive tackle Moshood Giwa and Kent State transfer defensive lineman Oliver Billotte.
Giwa has three years of eligibility remaining. A Brooklyn native, Giwa played at Moore Catholic High School on Staten Island.
At 6-foot-6, 315-pounds with 34-inch arms, Giwa has solid size for Scarlet Knights offensive line coach Pat Flaherty to develop.
Billotte had a strong connection to Rutgers after previously playing for Scarlet Knights defensive line coach Colin Ferrell at Kent State.
While Billotte missed most of last season due to injury, he had 30 tackles in 2023.
At 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, Billotte is a solid addition to Rutgers’ interior defensive line.
