Nick Abrams releases top four, sets Michigan football official visit

Michigan football has done a solid job at rebuilding the linebacker room in the past few years, with George Helow raising the temperature of the room and Brian Jean-Mary adding to it. Now the Wolverines are hoping to keep the position group elite.

This cycle, the maize and blue brought in four-star Nathaniel Owusu-Boateng and three-star Chase Taylor, while also adding Georgia transfer Troy Bowles. Now the Wolverines are targeting another elite linebacker who has heavy interest from SEC schools, from a recruiting-rich region of the country.

Michigan has done well in the DMV, and 2026 Owings Mills (Md.) McDonough School four-star LB Nick Abrams is another high priority. Ranked No. 243 overall by the 247Sports Composite, Abrams dropped his top four on Tuesday and set a Michigan football official visit for June 6.

Georgia, Alabama, and Oregon are his other finalists. Michigan only recently offered him in mid-February, but so did Oregon.

At the moment, there’s no telling where he’ll end up. The On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine has his top four schools as colleges that are not listed in his top four.
