Ohio State offers scholarship to Jeremiah Smith’s brother, Angelo

Ohio State has offered a scholarship to Angelo Smith, the brother of star wide receiver Jeremiah Smith.

Angelo Smith announced the offer on X on June 17 after participating in a camp at Ohio State.

“Woww!! Extremely blessed to earn an offer from Thee Ohio State University,” he posted.

The younger Smith, who’ll be a sophomore at Chaminade-Madonna in Hollywood, Florida, plays a different position than his brother. Angelo is a 5-foot-10, 170-pound safety who is ranked as a three-star prospect by 247Sports.com.

Barring a major surprise, Angelo Smith wouldn’t get a chance to play with his brother. Jeremiah Smith will be eligible for the 2027 NFL draft. Angelo Smith will be a college freshman that year.
