Former Mississippi State head coach Zach Arnett joins Florida State football as an analyst.Arnett previously served as defensive coordinator at UNLV and Ole Miss.He joins FSU’s support staff under defensive coordinator Tony White and head coach Mike Norvell.
Florida State football has added former Mississippi State head coach Zach Arnett to its staff, first reported by 247Sports.
Arnett, 38, has SEC experience and recently stepped down from his defensive coordinator role at UNLV in April, citing personal reasons. He will join the Seminoles in an analyst role.
Before that, he served as a defensive analyst for Ole Miss and was once a head coach and defensive coordinator for Mississippi State. He was fired in his first season with the Bulldogs.
He is the newest addition to FSU’s support staff under defensive coordinator Tony White and head coach Mike Norvell.
The Seminoles are coming off a 2-10 season, with Norvell reworking his entire coaching staff with the key hires of White and offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn, another former head coach.
