Texas A&M brought Taurean York, Ar’maj Reed-Adams and Will Lee III to the 2025 Southeastern Conference media days, as the Aggies’ representatives previewed the upcoming season and spoke to media members in Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday afternoon.
Following last season’s efforts that concluded with the program’s first eight-win season since 2021, second-year head coach Mike Elko looks to lead Texas A&M to unprecedented heights during this year’s campaign. During the offseason, the Aggies earned the No. 16 transfer portal class in the country, according to On3 Sports’ 2025 College Football Team Transfer Portal Rankings.
Roster additions like former ACC Offensive Rookie of the Year KC Concepcion, who will be an electric wideout target for sophomore quarterback Marcel Reed. While Elko and company scored in the portal, returners like York, Reed-Adams and Lee III bring their respective abilities to the table in 2025, while also having experience under their belt in the Maroon and White.

“I got a 90 overall (rating). If you don’t think I’m a top five linebacker in the country, you’d be a fool. It is what it is though.
